Now, it is clear that they took what looks like most of the elements from D3 game and ported it to the phones. I was a wow subscriber for years, but stopped after D3 came out in the state it did. I stopped giving blizzard or activation my money after the D3 fiasco, despite years of repairs to make it it’s own thing, I no longer had faith that the company was interested in earning our money by making great games anymore. They realized that monetary gain was better by the casino method than was the traditional way of garnering acclaim and fans. They did it with wow with their heartstone and that heroes of the storm. They threw a goodwill gesture to the masses with the D2 update, but they needed to join the freemium world with the diablo IP. Back in 2012 when D3 came out that auction house fiasco cash grab was the first sign of the impending fall of the diablo franchise, and it has only gotten worse. Suffice to say those that are still giving blizzard a shot after that original feeling of dread have been proven correct. Back in the day when this mobile game was announced the fans at blizcon reacted with disgust.
